By completing a purchase with Blacksheep Power, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

Exceptions (Limited): The only exception to this non-refundable policy is if the purchase was made in error due to a proven technical fault on Blacksheep Power's systems, and the service or product was not accessed or used by the customer. Any such claim must be submitted to Blacksheep Power support within seven (7) days of the purchase date.
Purchases made from Blacksheep Power are for the sole use of the individual or entity that completed the transaction.Your information is stored securely on servers located within the United Kingdom or the European Union.
2.1. No Transfer or Resale: Purchased Products, including account access, subscriptions, licenses, and specific service entitlements, are strictly non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person or entity.We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes stated in this policy, or as required by law.
2.2. Account Security: The security of the account and purchased access is the responsibility of the purchaser. Sharing or transferring account credentials violates this policy and may result in the immediate termination of the account and access without refund.
