What makes the Blacksheep One unique?
Our in-house BilletFluxtm axial flux motor, BilletFlowtm integrated cooling, and BilletPowetm drivetrain. These billet-machined systems replace wires and tubes with CNC-cut solid copper and metal cooling structures — ensuring maximum performance, durability and simplicity.
Is the bike difficult to ride?
No. There are no gears or riding modes. Power delivery is direct, responding purely to the rider’s throttle control and skill.

How do I reserve a build slot?
Secure your place with a £1,000 + VAT deposit (includes collector’s Pre-order T-shirt). Only 50 slots worldwide are available.
What happens after I place a deposit?
- Step 1: Pay £1,000 deposit → locks your slot. - Step 2: Specify customisation & pay £10,000 + VAT build payment. - Step 3: Pay the remaining balance before delivery.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, as they act as both merchandise purchase and deposit.
When will I receive my bike?
Delivery depends on build slot (Q1–Q4 2026). Your slot number is fixed, but schedules may be affected by supply chain factors.
What if I change my mind on customisation?
Changes can be made before signing the build contract. Once signed and the £10,000 build payment is made, specifications are locked.
Do you plan mass production?
No. Each bike is limited-run, made-to-order, not mass-produced scooters
