Reserve Your Build Slot
You can take time to explore the Blacksheep ONE and what’s possible in terms of customisation.

When you're ready, secure one of just 50 build slots with a £1,000 + VAT payment.

As part of this, you will receive:
- A numbered Blacksheep ONE T-shirt (No. 01–50)
- Exclusive items for first supporters
- Official confirmation of your build position

Each number corresponds directly to a production slot. Once all 50 are allocated, this edition is closed.
Configure and Reserve

Co-Design Your ONE
Starting from our engineered base platform, we collaborate with you to create a bespoke specification.

This includes:
- Materials and finishes
- Colours and visual identity
- Ergonomics and geometry (where applicable)

You will receive a full configuration proposal, including specifications, visuals, pricing, and estimated delivery.

To lock your build, a £10,000 + VAT payment is required to start the production phase.

Production
Your Blacksheep ONE enters production.

Each motorbike undergoes:
- Precision machining and fabrication
- Assembly of chassis, powertrain, and systems
- Testing, calibration, and quality control

We will keep you updated at key milestones throughout the build.

Final Payment & Delivery
Before delivery, we will:
- Confirm the remaining balance after deducting the build slot deposit and production deposit.
- Finalise delivery details
- Arrange handover or a pre-delivery visit (where possible)

Once complete, your Blacksheep ONE is delivered, ready to ride.
