Applicable for The Malle Mile Festival 2026
IMPORTANT: Please read this document carefully. Byticking the checkboxes and submitting the test ride registration form, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Blacksheep Power Ltd. If you do not agree, do not register.
By registering for a test ride, you confirm that you:
- Hold a valid motorcycle licence appropriate for the vehicle category;
- Are legally permitted to ride in the United Kingdom;
- Are physically and mentally fit to safely operate a motorcycle
- Are aged 18 years or over (participants under 18 cannot be accepted under any circumstances;
- Will provide your own appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including but not limited to a helmet, jacket and gloves, which must be inspected and deemed safe by Blacksheep Power staff before the test ride
Blacksheep Power reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse participation where necessary, including inspection of your licence and PPE on the day of the event.
Test rides are provided as a supervised, controlled demonstration experience during The Malle Mile 2026 event. Rides take place on a designated route or area as directed by Blacksheep Power staff, at speeds and in conditions deemed safe on the day.
Participants must follow all instructions given by Blacksheep Power staff at all times. We reserve the right to modify, delay, or cancel any test ride for safety or operational reasons without prior notice.
You acknowledge that riding a motorcycle involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Loss of control of the vehicle
- Mechanical failure
- Road or surface hazards
- Collision with other vehicles, persons, or objects
- Serious personal injury or death
By participating, you voluntarily accept all associated risks and confirm that your participation is entirely of your own free will.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blacksheep Power Ltd, its employees, agents, and representatives shall not be held liable for:
- Any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation in a test ride
- Any indirect, special, or consequential loss of any nature
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the event.
You agree to:
- Ride in a safe, controlled, and responsible manner at all times
- Follow all verbal and written guidance provided by Blacksheep Power staff
- Immediately stop riding if instructed by any member of staff
- Not ride under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair your ability to safely operate a motorcycle
Unsafe, reckless, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the test ride. Blacksheep Power reserves the right to remove participants from the event in such circumstances.
You may be held financially responsible for damage caused to the motorcycle or associated equipment as a direct result of your negligence, wilful misuse, or failure to follow staff instructions.
'Negligence' means failure to exercise the standard of care expected of a reasonably competent and licensed motorcycle rider. Damage arising from normal use within instructed parameters will not be charged to the participant
Blacksheep Power Ltd holds public liability insurance for this event activity. However, this does not cover your personal accident, medical costs, or third-party claims arising from your own negligence or breach of these terms. You are strongly advised to hold your own personal accident insurance. Blacksheep Power accepts no responsibility for any uninsured losses incurred by participants.
A limited number of participants (5 individuals) will receive complimentary entry passes to The Malle Mile 2026. Selection is at the sole discretion of Blacksheep Power.
All other participants are responsible for securing their own event entry. Submission of a registration does not guarantee participation.
In the event that your slot is cancelled by Blacksheep Power for reasons other than your own breach of these terms, we will use reasonable endeavours to offer an alternative slot, but no refund or compensation shall be owed
By submitting this form you confirm that you have no medical condition, disability, or physical impairment that would make it unsafe for you to ride a motorcycle.
If you have any relevant medical condition, you must disclose this to a Blacksheep Power staff member before riding.
In the event of a medical emergency during your test ride, you consent to Blacksheep Power staff taking reasonable steps to summon emergency services and provide first aid on your behalf. You may be required to provide a valid emergency contact as part of your registration.
Blacksheep Power may capture photographs and video footage at the event for internal and promotional purposes, including use on our website and social media channels.
This is an optional consent and can be declined. You may also withdraw consent at any time by contacting contact@blacksheeppower.com.
Blacksheep Power Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected via this registration. We collect your name, contact details, licence information, and emergency contact for the purpose of administering your test ride and ensuring event safety.
Your data will be retained for a maximum of 2 years and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or for insurance purposes.
You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data.

Blacksheep Power shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivering test ride experiences due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather, event cancellation or disruption, acts of God, government restrictions, or safety-critical operational decisions.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
