Motorcycle Live 2025 is the first time we bring The Blacksheep ONE into a space where nothing can hide - a hall full of riders, builders, sceptics and engineers who know exactly what they’re looking at.
We’re not showing a concept. We’re showing the bike as it was built: billet exposed, welds honest, motor architecture out in the open.

On the stand you can:
- See The Blacksheep ONE prototype up close – our first electric motorbike powered by the BilletFlux™ motor.
- Explore the core technologies behind the platform, including the BilletFlux™, BilletFlow™ and BilletPower™.
- Talk directly with our engineering team if you’re curious about the tech or considering a future build.
- Take part in a short on-stand survey and mini activities – visitors who complete it at the booth during the show will receive an exclusive gift.
Whether you’re curious about the engineering or already considering a future build, our team will be there to walk you through everything.

Blacksheep Power at the Expert Lab - 21 November
On 21 November, our founder and CEO Mark Gilligan will speak on the Expert Lab stage at Motorcycle Live, hosted by Grace Webb.
He’ll discuss the decisions that shaped the Blacksheep ONE:
- Why we insist on engineering from solid billet
- What the BilletFlux™ motor enables, and why it’s designed the way it is
- How a performance electric motorbike ought to feel - beyond numbers and styling
