When you choose a Blacksheep ONE, you are not starting from a blank sheet. You are starting from a motorcycle that has already been engineered to perform at a very high level.

Customisation exists because we do not believe that performance alone should define the final bike. The Blacksheep ONE is built as a complete, high-performance electric motorcycle, but it is also designed to be taken further by the person who owns it. Customisation allows that same level of intent to extend into how the bike looks once it is built for a specific customer.

ONE ENGINEERING PLATFORM, NO SINGLE VISUAL OUTCOME

Blacksheep Power designs one motorcycle platform and pushes it as far as possible in terms of performance and engineering. We do not produce multiple factory versions with different visual identities.

Instead, every customer starts from a defined factory base configuration. The Blacksheep ONE is offered in two base versions - Grey and Black - which represent the motorcycle in its most resolved, neutral form before any personal configuration is applied.

From that starting point, what changes is how the bike is finished. Elements such as frame colour and finish, seat colour and material, wheel colour, and selected visual components can be configured to create very different outcomes, without altering the structure or proportions of the motorcycle.

This approach allows the same machine to exist in many forms while remaining clearly recognisable as a Blacksheep ONE.

DEFINING THE BIKE THROUGH CO-DESIGN

Customisation at Blacksheep Power is not about ticking options in isolation. It is about how a series of decisions come together on the finished bike. Customers will work directly with our engineering team to decide how those visual changes come together on the finished bike.

Rather than treating each choice in isolation, decisions are made with the full motorcycle in mind. The role of the engineering team is to ensure that the final configuration is coherent, buildable and aligned with the original design intent, while still allowing customers to push the appearance in a clear, personal direction.

The result is not a list of selected options, but a single configuration with a defined direction that can be executed exactly as specified.

UNIQUE ARTWORK AS PART OF THE BIKE

One of the most distinctive areas for customisation on the Blacksheep ONE is the battery housings.

By default, these components are finished in stainless steel. For customers who want to take the bike further, they can also become a canvas. Custom artwork can be applied directly to the battery housings, either developed specifically for the customer or created through collaboration with an artist.

This is not decoration added after the fact. The artwork becomes part of the bike’s visual identity, integrated into a component that is central to the motorcycle rather than hidden or secondary.

The result is a bike that carries a visual signature that cannot be replicated.

SEEING THE BIKE BEFORE IT IS BUILT

Because these decisions are visual, they need to be seen in context. That is why we provide a configuration page that allows customers to explore different combinations before anything is finalised.
