Owning the Blacksheep ONE

A step-by-step guide to owning one of the first 50 Blacksheep ONE motorbikes. Below is how the journey works, from first contact to delivery.

Step 1: Register Your Interest

The journey begins by registering your interest through our website.

Once you submit the form, our team will review your details and get in touch with you directly. Depending on your preference and availability, this may be via email, a phone call, or a meeting.

This first step allows us to:

  • Understand what you’re looking for
  • Answer initial questions about the motorbike and the process
  • Guide you through the next stage if you wish to move forward

Step 2: Secure a Build Slot

The Blacksheep ONE is limited to 50 individually numbered builds.

To secure one of these build slots, you will be invited to purchase a Blacksheep Power Supporter Box, priced at £1,000 + VAT.

This supporter box includes:

  • A numbered Blacksheep ONE T-shirt (No. 01–50)
  • Exclusive Blacksheep Power items created for the first supporters
  • Formal confirmation of your allocated build slot, matching the number on your Limited-Edition T-shirt.

Each numbered T-shirt corresponds directly to one build position in our production schedule. Once all 50 numbers are allocated, no further build slots will be available for this edition. This step marks your place in the group of Blacksheep ONE owners.

Step 3: Configure and Lock Your ONE

Once your build slot is secured, our technical team will work closely with you to define your ONE.

Every Blacksheep ONE starts from a high-performance base specification defined by our engineers. This includes the core structure, powertrain, and safety-critical systems. Within that framework, we collaborate with you to shape the final form of your ONE.

Together, we will finalise:

  • Materials and finishes
  • Colours and visual details
  • Ergonomics and geometry, where applicable
  • Additional visual or functional options depending on your preferences and use case

When the configuration is complete, we will prepare a full configuration proposal for your review. This document outlines your final specification, visual references where helpful, pricing implications, and an estimated delivery window.

Once you approve and lock the configuration, a £10,000 + VAT build payment is required. This confirms your specification and allows us to schedule your ONE for machining and assembly.

Step 4: Production and Delivery

With the configuration locked, your Blacksheep ONE enters production.

Each motorbike goes through:

  • Precision machining and fabrication
  • Assembly of the chassis, powertrain, and systems
  • Testing, calibration, and final quality checks

We will keep you informed at key milestones so you can follow the progress of your build.

Before delivery, we will:

  • Confirm the remaining balance
  • Finalise delivery details
  • Arrange handover or, where possible, a visit to see your motorbike prior to delivery

Once complete, your Blacksheep ONE is delivered, ready to ride.

A Limited Beginning

This is not a quick purchase. It is a considered process, shaped by engineering, collaboration, and intent. Each Blacksheep ONE builds represent our journey. Each one is numbered, documented, and built with care. If you’re ready to begin, register your interest and take the first step toward creating your ONE.

Important Information:

  • Each limited-edition T-shirt (£1,000 + VAT) secures one build slot and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on configuration and production schedule.
  • All orders are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Your information is protected, and payment confirms your agreement to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Purchasing Policy.
