This page explains how the slot reservation process works, from registering your interest to taking delivery of your bike. It applies whether you met us at Motorcycle Live 2025 or discovered us online.

Step 1 - Register Your Interest

To start, fill in the short form on this page. This step lets us know you intend to purchase the limited-edition Blacksheep ONE T-shirt and ensures we can allocate you a place in the queue for one of the 50 supporter slots.

Step 2 - Purchase Your Limited-Edition T-Shirt (£1,000 + VAT)

Your build slot is secured when you purchase the limited edition Blacksheep ONE T-shirt (£1,000 + VAT).

Each T-shirt is individually numbered (no. 01 - 50) and directly linked to a build slot in our 2026 production schedule.

You can complete your purchase by visiting the Blacksheep Power stand at NEC Birmingham:

• Location: Hall 4, stand 4A25
• Our team will walk you through the process and take payment in person
• We will confirm your numbered T-shirt and build slot on the spot.

Step 3 - Configure your Blacksheep ONE

Before the end of your allocated build quarter, our technical sales team will contact you to start your configuration.

The starting price is £29,900 + VAT. Your final price will depend on the configuration you choose.

Every Blacksheep ONE is built on a high-performance base specification defined by our engineering team. This base configuration covers the core components, including:

• Chassis and frame architecture
• Motor and main powertrain elements
• Suspension, braking and safety-critical systems

These elements stay within our engineering standards to maintain performance, safety and reliability. Within that framework, there is room to make the bike your own. Together with our team, you will define:

• Materials and finishes
• Colour schemes and styling details
• Geometry and ergonomic adjustments, where possible
• Additional visual or functional options depending on your preferences and use case

The examples below show a few possible variations, but they’re only starting points - we can adapt or redesign most visual and structural elements, depending on your preferences.

Once we have completed the configuration discussion with you, our team will prepare and share a full configuration proposal. This document includes:

• A summary of your chosen specification
• Visuals or references where helpful
• A clear breakdown of how your choices affect the overall bike and final price
• An estimate of when your bike will be delivered. Probably 1-3 months after final configuration is confirmed depending on level of customisation.

Before you are asked to confirm your configuration or make any further payment, you will have the opportunity to review all details carefully, alongside the pre-order information and full terms and conditions provided by our team.

Once you approve the configuration, we will request a £10,000 + VAT build payment to confirm your order. This payment locks your specification, secures your place in the production queue, and allows us to schedule your bike for machining and assembly.

Step 4 - Production and delivery

After your configuration is confirmed, your Blacksheep ONE enters the build schedule. Each bike passes through:

• Machining and fabrication
• Assembly of chassis, powertrain and systems
• Testing, calibration and final quality checks

We will keep you updated at key moments so you can follow the progress of your bike.

Before delivery:

• We will confirm the remaining balance and payment details
• We will reconfirm your delivery address and any special arrangements

If you are based in the UK and wish to, we may also be able to arrange a visit to see your bike in person before handover, subject to timing and workshop access.

Once the final payment has been completed, we will arrange delivery of your Blacksheep ONE and share any relevant handover information, including recommended maintenance intervals and contact details for ongoing support.
